Refund Policy
1. Refund eligibility
Because AI voice generation and voice cloning consume paid compute resources immediately, refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. After this period, refunds are generally not available.
2. Credit and usage limitation
If a purchase has already consumed significant platform resources, including generation credits or related compute usage, we may deny a refund even if the request is made within the initial 3-day period.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email, order number, purchase date, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify eligibility.
4. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
5. Refund processing
Once we receive a valid refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
6. Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after updates take effect means you accept the revised policy.
